These magnetic separator grids are used for continuous removal of ferrous debris, ensuring product purity and subsequently protect the downstream equipment from being damaged. From large magnetic separator systems to small single drawers these grates are able to extract any ferrous contaminant.

 

The pipeline material is 316L seamless stainless steel for food grade application and the welding process is also for food industries. They have good corrosion resistant property. Standard magnetic grates are assembled with stainless steel frame and magnetic bars with a length of 25 mm diameter. The surface of the frame and magnetic bars can be fine polished to meet the standard of food or pharmacy industry. The standard working temperature is ≤ 80 and maximum working temperature can reach 350 as required.

 

Magnetic grates, also called magnetic grids are used for magnetic filters, magnetic separators or magnetic water purifiers. They are composed of stainless steel frame and strong magnet bars according to different customers' requirements for the various applications. The magnetic grate can be installed in the hopper, outlet pipeline, etc. When the material flows through the magnetic grate, the ferrous impurities will be firmly attracted on the bars, so as to protect the equipment in the next processes. The magnetic grate can be used to purify the particles, liquid and gas with ferrous impurities. 

 

The magnetic rods (magnetic bars) are composed of stainless steel tubes and rare earth magnets inside (normally neodymium magnets, specially SmCo magnets for higher working temperature). The surface of magnetic rods can be fine polished and meet the food standard and pharmacy industry standard. The working temperature is depended on the magnets used inside. 

1. Standard diameters D12, D16, D18, D19, D20, D23, D25, D32mm. Smallest can be D6mm and can be bigger than D35mm for customization.
2. Length can be up to 1,000 mm and even longer per customers' requirements.
3. Standard fixation with female threads of M6, M8, M12 or male threads of M6, M8, M12, or inch threads according to customers' requirements.
4. Customized designs are welcome
5. Laser welding and normal welding (argon protecting welding) optional.
6. Easy to assemble/remove the tubes with the standard threads on the tube' ends on/from the frame.
